As someone who grew up with a hammer or wrench in my hands this experience was foreign to me. Some of my earliest memories are helping out with demo and renovation. • Establish: I develop a strategic "Game Plan" with you. By correctly sequencing materials, logistics, labor, and site access I minimize downtime and ensure the project moves forward with maximum efficiency.

• Act: This is the execution phase. I prioritize professional-grade craftsmanship, strict safety standards, and the maintenance of a clean, organized workspace. If someone is working with me it’s because they can outperform my highest standards.

• Learn & Verify: Every project concludes with a comprehensive final walkthrough. We review the "Punch List" together to ensure every detail meets both technical specifications and your total satisfaction.
